It uses high-temperature carbonization process to create pure black tone, adapting to various high-end styles such as modern light luxury, retro industrial, dark wabi-sabi. The raw material is selected from high-quality moso bamboo over 6 years old, treated by high-temperature deep carbonization process. The bamboo has uniform and pure color, completely eliminating problems such as green returning, yellow returning and uneven blackening, presenting a calm and advanced deep black carbonized texture. We strictly control the moisture content of bamboo within the standard range of 8%-12%. After carbonization, anti-cracking treatment is carried out simultaneously to retain the original toughness of bamboo. The fabric is not easy to become brittle or break, and its physical properties are more stable than ordinary bamboo woven fabrics.

Quality Control
For the black carbonized series fabrics, we have established special quality inspection standards. The temperature and duration are monitored throughout the carbonization process to ensure carbonization uniformity; in the finished product stage, the color consistency is checked roll by roll to eliminate problems such as color difference, spots and uneven color; at the same time, core indicators such as moisture content, color fastness and physical strength are tested to ensure that the fabric toughness meets the standard after carbonization. We implement full-process control of pre-production confirmation, in-production patrol inspection and post-production full inspection, 100% full inspection of appearance before packaging, and support third-party inspection.
