Our Blockout Roller Blind Fabric is a general-purpose shading roller blind semi-finished fabric developed for engineering and mass production scenarios, which can be adapted to most conventional roller blind systems and processing techniques. The fabric adopts a high-density fiber woven base matched with professional shading coating process, with uniform distribution of the shading layer without missing coating. The shading rate of semi-shading models is stable at 85%-90%, and that of full-shading models can reach more than 95%, which can effectively block outdoor strong light and ultraviolet rays and ensure space privacy. We strictly control the moisture content of the base material within the standard range of 8%-12%, fundamentally avoiding common problems such as fabric mildew, deformation and embrittlement; the overall fabric is crisp and flat, free of wavy lines and yin-yang surfaces. The roller blind lifts smoothly without jamming during the lifting process, and is not easy to shrink or loosen after long-term hanging, with stable and reliable physical properties. This Blockout Roller Blind Fabric has been professionally treated with anti-aging, with excellent sun resistance. It is not easy to powder and brittle after long-term use, and its service life is far longer than ordinary shading fabrics.
As a standardized mass-produced general-purpose base material, the biggest advantages of Blockout Roller Blind Fabric are unified specifications, stable batches and strong adaptability. We adopt standardized assembly line production, and the gram weight, thickness and shading effect of each batch of fabrics are highly consistent, which can meet the quality uniformity requirements of large-volume engineering orders; the width and roll length adopt industry general industrial specifications, which can perfectly adapt to the mainstream roller blind cutting, shaping and assembly equipment on the market. The on-machine processing is smooth and the loss rate is low, which can effectively improve the production efficiency of downstream manufacturers. The color fastness of the fabric reaches industry export standards, and it is not easy to fade in sun exposure, friction and washing; at the same time, additional functions such as flame retardant, waterproof and anti-fouling can be selected according to needs to adapt to special requirements of different scenarios. Payment Terms
For regular bulk orders, the settlement method of 30% advance payment for initial cooperation and 70% balance payment before delivery after order completion is adopted; for engineering customers and long-term dealers with stable cooperative relationship, the advance payment can be negotiated to be cancelled, and flexible payment terms such as monthly settlement and order-by-order settlement are supported. For large-volume orders, corresponding discounts can be negotiated according to the purchase volume. We support settlement in both US dollars and RMB, which can adapt to the financial processes and settlement needs of different customers.
Production & Delivery
This general shading fabric is our standing main model, with sufficient safety stock for conventional specifications and popular colors. The production cycle of standard orders is 30-45 days, and the delivery time of repeat replenishment is shorter, which can quickly respond to customers' batch replenishment needs. The factory has a monthly production capacity of 1,200 rolls, equipped with multiple standardized coating and weaving production lines, which can stably undertake large-scale engineering orders of 100,000 meters level, and ensure on-time delivery of orders through scientific production scheduling. During the production process, we will simultaneously provide customers with progress node feedback, and also provide production pictures and videos on demand, so that customers can grasp the order status throughout the process.
Quality Control
We have established a full-link shading fabric quality inspection system, implementing a three-tier control process of pre-production confirmation, in-production patrol inspection, and post-production full inspection. Each batch of fabrics will be sampled for core indicators such as shading rate, gram weight, thickness and color fastness. The uniformity of the shading coating is 100% fully inspected to eliminate problems such as missing coating, bottom penetration and yin-yang surfaces. Before packaging, the appearance and flatness of the whole roll of fabric are comprehensively inspected, and third-party on-site inspection is supported. All products come with a one-year warranty service, excluding man-made damage and improper storage; if there is cargo damage during transportation, deduction or replenishment can be negotiated after confirmation by both parties to protect customer rights throughout the process.
