The raw material is selected from high-quality moso bamboo over 6 years old, with uniform thickness and full toughness of bamboo strips. The fabric gaps are greatly reduced through the encrypted weaving process, and the shading rate of the finished product can reach more than 95%, which can effectively block strong light and ultraviolet rays and ensure space privacy. This Blackout Woven Bamboo Roller Blind Fabric also retains the natural texture of bamboo, which is different from the heavy feeling of traditional coated shading fabrics. It has both natural texture and practical shading performance, and is the preferred base material for high-end shading roller blinds.
In addition to the core shading performance, Blackout Woven Bamboo Roller Blind Fabric also performs well in durability and processing adaptability. The moisture content of bamboo is strictly controlled within the standard range of 8%-12%, fundamentally avoiding mildew, deformation and cracking problems; the fabric is crisp and shapely, with good drapability, not easy to loosen or deform after long-term hanging, and its tear resistance and tensile resistance reach industry standards. Back adhesive or lining composite process can be selected according to needs to further strengthen the shading and shaping effect, and functional treatments such as mildew-proof and UV-resistant can also be added. The fabric adopts standard industrial reel specifications, compatible with the whole process of roller blind processing, and the on-machine processing is smooth, which can be efficiently converted into finished curtains.
