Our woven bamboo roll is specially designed for curtains that require high light-blocking performance. We use moso bamboo that is over six years old as the raw material. The bamboo strips are cut to precise dimensions, ensuring the roll is flat and strong from the beginning.
The moisture content is strictly controlled between 8% and 12%, preventing mold, warping, and cracking. This provides a clean and stable base for manufacturing blackout curtains.
Our factory has 21 years of production experience. We employ a team of 50 workers along with a dedicated quality control team. Every roll is inspected during production to ensure consistent quality.
Strict Quality Control for Strong Blackout Performance
The weaving structure of this woven bamboo roll is very dense. We use either a high-density plain weave or a three-dimensional weave structure. Due to the tight weaving, there are almost no gaps. The light-blocking rate can exceed 80%, and our premium products can achieve up to 95% blackout.
This effectively blocks most incoming light, making it ideal for bedrooms and media rooms. The weaving uses strong polyester or cotton thread, ensuring excellent durability and structural stability.
We strictly control material quality to ensure the product has strong resistance to deformation and tearing. It does not shrink or loosen over time.
Our factory covers an area of 50 mu, with a production space of 5,000 square meters. We are equipped with professional drying and fumigation facilities to ensure high product quality.
