We are Anhui Dongting Window Decorations Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of natural grass cloth roller blind fabrics. Our grass woven curtain rolls start with carefully selected raw materials. We use jute, flax, kenaf, bulrush, and ramie. Only materials with good natural quality are accepted. We reject any fibers that are moldy, insect-damaged, have dark spots, or show signs of yellowing.
After dyeing, we add a handmade decorative "flicked pattern" (artisan splatter/floral effect). This gives the fabric more visual layers and a distinctive appearance. The moisture content of the raw materials is controlled between 10% and 14%, which helps prevent mold, odors, or brittleness during later processing. This also provides a solid foundation for cutting and further production.

Handmade Patterns That Stand Out
