We are Anhui Dongting Window Decorations Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of natural grass cloth roller blind fabrics. Our white woven roller shades start with carefully selected raw materials. We use jute, flax, kenaf, bulrush, and ramie. Only materials with good natural quality are accepted. We reject any fibers that are moldy, insect-damaged, have dark spots, or show signs of yellowing.
We then apply a bleaching process to achieve a clean, white appearance. The moisture content of the raw materials is controlled between 10% and 14%, which helps prevent mold, odors, or brittleness during later processing. This also provides a solid foundation for cutting and further production.

Gentle Bleaching for Lasting Whiteness
We weave our products using bleached natural fibers, offering both plain weave and jacquard patterns. Polyester or cotton threads are used for stitching, both providing strong tensile strength. During production, strict inspections are carried out to avoid skipped stitches or missing threads. Our products meet national and international environmental standards.
For bleaching, we primarily use eco-friendly oxygen bleaching. Chlorine bleaching is also available upon request. After bleaching, the color is even, with no yellow or gray spots or visible color differences. The fibers retain their strength, so the fabric does not become brittle or break easily. It also resists yellowing over time.
Last year, a trading company in Shanghai used our white woven roller shades for a European order. The client required eco-friendly blinds that maintain their whiteness. Even after multiple washes, the blinds remained clean and bright.
