We use jute, flax, kenaf, bulrush, and ramie. Only materials with good natural quality are accepted. We reject any fibers that are moldy, insect-damaged, have dark spots, or show signs of yellowing.

We strictly control the moisture content of raw materials between 10% and 14%. This helps prevent mold, odors, or brittleness during later processing. It also provides a solid foundation for cutting and further production.

Our woven cordless blinds are made from natural fibers, using either plain weave or jacquard patterns. We use polyester or cotton threads for stitching, both of which offer strong tensile strength. During production, we carry out strict inspections to avoid skipped stitches or missing threads. Our products meet national and international environmental standards.
