We produce this material by interweaving hemp fibers with paper materials. This process combines the natural flexibility of hemp with the structural crispness of paper. The materials are blended with exceptional uniformity, ensuring that there are no inconsistencies where one area contains more hemp and another more paper. This meticulous approach guarantees a consistent texture throughout the entire roll.
Our factory covers an area of 50 mu (approximately 3.3 hectares), with a dedicated production zone spanning 5,000 square meters. We are capable of producing 1,200 rolls of this material per month. Our R&D team, comprising 12 specialists, spent extensive time refining the material composition; the final ratio was established only after more than 30 rounds of rigorous testing and adjustment.
The effective width of this blackout blind material ranges from 243.8 cm (8 feet) to 304.8 cm (10 feet), allowing you to select the width that best suits your needs. Standard roll lengths range from 18.3 meters (60 feet) to 20 meters (66 feet); however, for clients with specific requirements, we can customize roll lengths anywhere between 15 and 25 meters.
Our raw materials undergo a strict selection process. We ensure that they are free from mold, insect damage, withered leaves, and rigid stems. We maintain the moisture content within a controlled range of 8% to 12%. This range was determined through comprehensive testing based on the climatic conditions of our export markets, effectively preventing issues such as mold growth, deformation, and brittleness at the source.

We employ a specialized interweaving technique in its production. The weave tension is highly uniform, with no skipped stitches, loose threads, or weaving gaps.
Last year, a client from the Netherlands visited our factory. We offer a one-year warranty. Should the goods arrive damaged, we will-upon mutual confirmation-negotiate either a price adjustment or a replacement shipment.
