The paper rope is solid, not hollow, and combines seamlessly with bamboo. Built on Research and Testing
Our factory covers 50 acres, with 5,000 square meters dedicated to production. Each month, we produce 1,200 rolls of this blind fabric. Our R&D team of 12 studied methods from a German company for four months and developed improvements for our solid-paper-rope fabric.
The weight of each roll is carefully controlled, as it determines thickness, how well the shade hangs, and durability. These factors meet the standards for specialized window coverings. All raw materials undergo strict inspections: no mold, no insects, no hard stems, and no cracks. Moisture content is maintained between 8% and 12%, based on testing in America and Australia, which prevents the fabric from molding, warping, or breaking.
Bold Texture, Strong Build
We use a professional weaving method to ensure consistent tightness, with no skipped threads or loose areas. Last year, a US customer visited our factory, touched the surface, and held a roll to the light. He said it was the most three-dimensional mixed material he had ever seen. The solid paper rope feels stronger than hollow ropes. He signed a yearly supply contract on the spot.
When woven with bamboo, the ropes stay locked in place using a special fixing method-no shifting, no gaps. A Qingdao customer who exports shades used our fabric and later sent a video showing the three-dimensional texture, with bamboo and rope layers clearly standing out in sunlight.
Smooth Surface, Lasting Colors
The surface is sanded and smoothed for a uniform, pleasant touch, with no rough spots. Color holds up well against sunlight, rubbing, and washing, maintaining Grade 3 to 4. For export orders, we achieve Grade 4 or higher. Last year, we supplied an Australian brand whose quality team tested seven rolls for sunlight resistance. All rolls reached Grade 4, ranking among the best of their southern-hemisphere suppliers.
This fabric contains no formaldehyde and has no unpleasant odor. Test reports can be provided according to China GB standards, REACH, and ROHS. Last year, a New Zealand customer urgently required documents that comply with Australia–New Zealand joint standards. We sent them the same day, and he paid a 50% deposit within three days.

A customer in Ningbo, who produces finished window shades, wanted a material with strong texture and long-lasting performance. Previous suppliers provided products with unclear patterns or poor durability. We sent him a sample of our fabric. After two weeks of testing, the shades maintained bold texture and held up well. He ordered 12 rolls immediately and 30 more rolls four months later.
Another customer, a designer in Hangzhou, selected material for a resort project near a lake. The resort needed natural-looking yet durable shades. He chose our bamboo-paper rope fabric. We inspect samples before production, monitor production closely, and check every roll before packing. Each roll is wrapped in a paper tube, PE bag, cardboard, woven bag, and end caps to ensure safe shipping anywhere. We provide a one-year warranty. If goods arrive damaged, we communicate to find a fair solution, either through a discount or replacement.
