Fine Fibers, Detailed Weave
We are Anhui Dongting Window Decorations, with 21 years of experience in the window covering industry. Today, we would like to introduce our tweed roller blind material. This roll combines bamboo with fine paper yarn. The paper yarn is spun very finely, pairing perfectly with the bamboo. It undergoes a special spinning process to ensure consistent thickness and twist, with no white cores and no broken threads. This guarantees that every part of the roller blind has a fine, stable texture.

Made With Refined Techniques
Our factory covers 50 acres, with 5,000 square meters of production space. Each month, we produce 1,200 rolls of this product. Our R&D team of 12 spent six months learning from an Italian company and refining the process for this fine-weave roller blind.
All raw materials undergo strict inspections: no mold, no insects, and no impurities. Moisture content is maintained between 8% and 12%, a range determined after testing dry conditions in the Middle East and Europe. This prevents the material from molding, warping, or breaking.
Smooth Texture, Strong Yarn
We use a high-end fine-weave method to ensure consistent tightness throughout, with no skipped threads or loose spots. Last year, a Korean customer visited our factory and examined where the paper yarn meets the bamboo using a magnifying glass. He said it was the smoothest mixed material he had seen-much finer than typical blends-and ordered five rolls as a trial.
The paper yarn undergoes additional strengthening processes, so it does not break during use or shed powder. When woven with bamboo, the pattern appears clean and detailed. A Suzhou customer specializing in high-end soft furnishings used our tweed roller blind and later sent close-up photos. He said it looked and felt like fine fabric, with a rich, detailed texture.
Strong Colors, Safe Materials
The color holds up well against sunlight, rubbing, and washing, maintaining Grade 3 to 4. For export orders, we achieve Grade 4 or higher. Last year, we supplied a Swiss brand whose quality team tested six rolls for colorfastness against rubbing. All rolls reached Grade 4, the highest among their Asian suppliers.
This roller blind contains no formaldehyde and has no unpleasant odors. We can provide test reports according to China GB standards, REACH, and ROHS. Last year, a Danish customer urgently requested the reports due to strict Nordic regulations. We sent them the same day, and they confirmed the order immediately.
Real Feedback from Customers
A customer in Nanjing, who produces finished window shades, wanted material with a fine texture for high-end homes. His previous materials had patterns that were too rough, which disappointed customers. We sent him a sample of this product. After testing it in a villa project, the homeowner was pleased. He said the texture looked as fine as hand weaving and ordered eight rolls immediately, followed by 25 more rolls three months later.
Another customer, a designer in Xiamen, was selecting material for a seaside apartment near the Ring Road. The apartment required natural yet refined shades. He chose our bamboo-paper yarn tweed roller blind. After installation, he sent a video showing the shades moving softly in the sea breeze with a beautiful visual effect. The apartment owner was very satisfied.
