Two Steps for Clean and Bright Colors
We are Anhui Dongting Window Decorations Co., Ltd., a manufacturer of natural grass cloth roller blind fabrics. Our white linen roller shades start with carefully selected raw materials. We use jute, flax, kenaf, bulrush, and ramie. Only materials with good natural quality are accepted. We reject any fibers that are moldy, insect-damaged, have dark spots, or show signs of yellowing.
Our process includes two steps: bleaching followed by dyeing. This ensures the fabric is both clean white and brightly colored. The moisture content of the raw materials is controlled between 10% and 14%, which helps prevent mold, odors, or brittleness during later processing. This also provides a solid foundation for cutting and further production.

Advanced Process for Better Color and Strength
We weave our products using bleached and dyed natural fibers, offering both plain weave and jacquard patterns. Polyester or cotton threads are used for stitching, both providing strong tensile strength. During production, strict inspections are carried out to avoid skipped stitches or missing threads.
The key process consists of two steps. First, the base material is bleached, mainly using eco-friendly oxygen bleaching. Chlorine bleaching is also available upon request. The bleached base achieves an even white color with no visible spots.
Next, the fabric is dyed using eco-friendly reactive or direct dyes. We will inform you of the specific dye used, and you can select colors based on your own codes or from our color card. Color consistency between batches is strictly controlled, ensuring uniform results.
The fabric achieves a light fastness of grade 4 or above and a rubbing fastness of grade 3–4 or above. It also offers good resistance to tearing and stretching. After washing and exposure to sunlight, the fabric maintains stable dimensions and retains its bright colors.
