Our black out blind material is a high-performance material designed for all kinds of light-blocking curtains. It can be made as semi-blackout or full blackout depending on your needs. It is suitable for homes, offices, cinemas, and hotels that require different levels of light control. This is a durable material that maintains its effectiveness over time. Our factory has 21 years of experience, with 50 skilled workers and dedicated quality inspectors who check every roll before, during, and after production. We use special machines, including 3.2-meter-wide looms, to ensure consistent quality.
Good Sizes with Stable Light-Blocking
This product is available in widths from 243.8 cm (8 ft) to 304.8 cm (10 ft). You can select the width you need for your project. Roll lengths are 18.3 m (60 ft) or 20 m (66 ft), with custom lengths from 15 m to 25 m also available. The paper tube size follows production standards, making it compatible with various cutting machines. We carefully control the fabric weight and thickness, which determine the light-blocking effect, drape, and durability.
The raw materials undergo special functional treatment to ensure consistency and quality. There are no defects or impurities. Moisture content is maintained between 8% and 12% to prevent mold, deformation, and brittleness. The fibers are strong and flexible; they can bend multiple times without breaking, and they do not shed or separate. This creates a strong foundation for making high-quality blackout curtains.
High-Density Weave for 95% Blackout
We use a high-density weave process for this black out blind material, ensuring even weaving with no skipped, loose, or missing threads. The core light-blocking layer is made using a blackout coating or black silk layer, evenly applied with no gaps or transparency.

For semi-blackout, the light-blocking rate ranges from 50% to 80%. For full blackout, it reaches 95% or higher, effectively blocking nearly all light. The backing or composite layer is reinforced to adhere tightly without separating or hardening. The entire roll has uniform weight and thickness, with no uneven surfaces or wrinkles, providing excellent flatness.

Color fastness for sunlight, rubbing, and washing is grade 3-4, with grade 4 or higher available for export orders. Anti-aging treatments help maintain light-blocking performance and appearance over time. Tensile and tear resistance are excellent, and the fabric size remains stable; long-term hanging will not cause shrinkage, deformation, or light leaks.

Environmentally, the fabric is free of formaldehyde and unpleasant odors, meeting international standards. REACH and ROHS test reports are available. This blackout blind material offers high light-blocking performance, anti-mold, and anti-aging properties. Optional features such as fire resistance, waterproofing, and sound insulation can also be added based on your requirements.
