We maintain strict control over the consistency of every single strand within the braid, ensuring uniform thickness and a highly stable overall diameter. Furthermore, we conduct specialized testing to monitor the moisture content of the braided cords, maintaining it within an optimal range of 10% to 14%. This specific range is crucial; if the moisture level is too high, the cords become susceptible to mold and unpleasant odors; conversely, if it is too low, they become brittle and prone to breakage. To facilitate easy cutting and installation for our customers, we offer a comprehensive range of product specifications. For this line of woven cordless roller shades, widths are available in a continuous range from 243.8 cm to 304.8 cm-precisely spanning the 8-foot to 10-foot range. We also offer various roll lengths, ranging from 18.3 meters to 20 meters. Should you have specific requirements, we can even accommodate custom lengths between 15 meters and 25 meters. The paper cores we utilize are also manufactured to standard dimensions. We maintain exceptionally high standards throughout our weaving process. We ensure that the strand count, braid width, and braid pattern remain absolutely consistent across the entire length of the roll. We calibrate the tension of the braids with meticulous uniformity, ensuring there are no loose sections or areas prone to sagging. Furthermore, the individual braids are aligned in perfectly parallel rows-neatly arranged without any skewing or misalignment. Before weaving the hemp braids into a shade, we perform a specialized flattening process. This ensures the shade remains perfectly flat and highly resistant to deformation. It is exceptionally sturdy-virtually impossible to break by pulling or tear apart. Even after years of use, it will not shrink, warp, or come loose. We often tell our customers: install this shade today, and when you look at it years down the road, it will look exactly the same.
