The white woven wood shades, focusing on high-end decorative attributes, are made of natural native wood fiber and moso bamboo fiber, processed by low-temperature bleaching and fine weaving technology. They fully retain the natural texture and warm feel of wood, with soft and high-grade milky white tone, and are the preferred raw material for high-end window treatment brands, designer projects and boutique B&Bs. Different from ordinary surface-dyed wood shades on the market, this product adopts fiber-level bleaching and dyeing technology, with color penetrating into the interior of each fiber, no floating color residue on the surface, no fading under friction, and no local yellowing or uneven color difference after long-term use.
These white woven wood shades adopt twill texture weaving process, with scattered and orderly texture, with subtle knots and texture changes of natural wood. Each roll has unique natural texture. When made into roman shades, folding shades or hanging curtains, they can inject warm log atmosphere into the space and perfectly match various high-end decoration styles such as Nordic, Japanese and wabi-sabi. Natural wood material has inherent heat insulation property. Factory Introduction
We are a source factory with 21 years of R&D and production experience in window treatment roll materials, located in Gaofeng Industrial Park, Guangde City, Anhui Province. The factory covers a total area of 50 mu, with a core production workshop area of nearly 5,000 square meters. The factory is equipped with standardized high-temperature drying rooms, professional fumigation and disinfection rooms and finished product inspection workshops, and has a full set of production equipment such as 3.2-meter wide bamboo and wood weaving machines, coating machines, warping machines and dryers. With a monthly production capacity of 1,200 rolls, it has the hard strength to undertake large-volume batch orders. We have the qualification of self-operated import and export right. Quality Assurance
We implement a full-process quality control system to ensure that each batch of products meets export quality standards. Before production, we will confirm all details of material, specification, process and color number with customers, make confirmation samples and put into formal mass production after customers sign and seal the samples. Multiple inspection nodes are set up during the production process. Full-time quality inspectors will conduct sampling tests on core indicators such as weaving density, width tolerance, color uniformity and moisture content, and adjust production parameters immediately when problems are found. 100% full inspection is implemented before finished product packaging. Each roll is inspected for appearance defects, size deviation and flatness, and unqualified products will never flow into the next link. We support customers to entrust third-party testing institutions to conduct on-site inspection, and provide a one-year warranty service for all products. For quality problems caused by non-human damage and improper storage, we can negotiate deduction or replenishment after verification by both parties, fully protecting the cooperative rights and interests of customers.
Payment Terms
We adopt a flexible and friendly payment policy to adapt to the needs of customers at different cooperation stages. For first-time cooperative customers, conventional standard products implement the settlement method of 30% advance payment and 70% balance payment after order production is completed; for customized products, due to exclusive material cutting and process development, the terms of 50% advance payment and 50% balance payment after production are implemented. For long-term cooperative customers with stable cooperation and good reputation, we can negotiate and adjust payment methods, including canceling advance payment, monthly settlement or settlement by order cycle, etc., to reduce customers' capital turnover pressure. We support settlement in both US dollars and RMB, can issue formal export-related bills, and cooperate with customers to handle customs declaration, tax refund and other related procedures, making cross-border procurement more convenient and smooth.
