The product adopts physical low-temperature bleaching process, presenting a soft off-white tone, no fluorescent agent residue, warm and non-glare color. After light fastness test, it is not easy to yellow and discolor under long-term sun exposure. The woven structure adopts encrypted plain weave interweaving process, with uniform and controllable warp and weft tension, flat roll surface without concave-convex bulges. It can be directly adapted to various roller shade headrails and bead chain systems, with uniform roll diameter after rolling. After installation of finished products, there will be no deviation, jamming and other problems, greatly reducing the debugging cost of downstream manufacturers.
The light transmittance of these white woven roller shades is controlled in the range of 55%-65%, which can soften strong direct sunlight and achieve the effect of light transmission without perspective. The whole production process undergoes standardized high-temperature drying and setting and professional fumigation and deinsectization treatment. Each roll of white woven roller shades uses thickened hard paper tube as the inner core to avoid compression deformation of the roll material; the inner layer is wrapped with a sealed PE dust bag to isolate water vapor and dust; the middle layer is equipped with hard cardboard edge guards to prevent corner bump and wear; the outer layer is covered with a wear-resistant woven bag, and both ends are reinforced with end cap cardboard, fully resisting the risks of extrusion, moisture and wear during transportation.
