Our special roll material for linen vertical blinds, specially developed for vertical louver systems, adopts warp mixed spinning and weaving process of high-count linen fiber and high-strength polyester filament. While fully retaining the natural texture and warm feel of linen, it greatly enhances the vertical stiffness and deformation resistance of the fabric, and is the core base material for creating high-end linen vertical blind products. Ordinary pure linen fabrics are soft in texture, and when made into vertical blinds, problems such as blade warping, push-pull jamming and uneven drooping are prone to occur. Our roll material specifically adds warp high-strength polyester filament as skeleton support, combined with finished product heat setting process, so that each cut blade can maintain a straight drooping state, not easy to bend and deform after long-term switch use, with uniform gaps between blades, smooth push-pull without jamming, completely solving the common problems of linen material for vertical blinds.
These linen vertical blinds retain the unique matte texture and natural tone of linen material, which has a more high-end texture than traditional PVC vertical blinds and ordinary chemical fiber vertical blinds, and can easily enhance the overall style of the space. The fabric surface has been treated with anti-static finishing, which is not easy to absorb dust and floating hair. Daily maintenance only needs gentle wiping, with lower maintenance cost, suitable for high-frequency use scenarios such as household and commercial use. The weaving density has been scientifically debugged, which can soften strong direct light and protect space privacy at the same time. Factory Introduction
We are a source factory with 21 years of R&D and production experience in window treatment roll materials, located in Gaofeng Industrial Park, Guangde City, Anhui Province. The factory covers a total area of 50 mu, with a core production workshop area of nearly 5,000 square meters. Packaging and Transportation
According to the product characteristics of linen vertical blinds and cross-border long-distance transportation scenarios, we have designed an exclusive multi-layer protective packaging scheme to ensure that the products are not damaged or deformed during transportation. Each roll of product uses thickened hard paper tube as the inner core, and the wall thickness of the paper tube is higher than the conventional standard to avoid compression depression and deformation of the roll material; the inner layer is wrapped with a sealed PE dust bag to isolate water vapor and dust during transportation and keep the fabric clean; the middle layer is equipped with thickened hard cardboard corner protectors to prevent bump and wear of the corners at both ends of the roll material; the outer layer is covered with a wear-resistant thickened woven bag, and both ends are reinforced with end cap cardboard, fully resisting the risks of extrusion, moisture and wear during transportation. The product supports FOB trade terms, can cooperate with customers' designated freight forwarders and domestic ports to arrange shipment, and can also assist in docking high-quality logistics channels, providing full transportation follow-up from the factory to the port. Conventional standard products are kept in safety stock, and production and shipment can be arranged quickly after order confirmation, fully guaranteeing customers' procurement cycle.
Qualification Certification
We have formal self-operated import and export right qualification, and are a source production factory with complete cross-border supply capacity. All linen vertical blinds products are produced with high-quality environmental protection raw materials, and the production process follows international environmental protection production standards without adding prohibited chemical substances. The fabrics meet the relevant environmental protection requirements of EU ROHS and OEKO-TEX, and can be directly sold in mainstream European and American markets.
